President of Achievement Dynamics, Inc.
Brian McDevitt has the ability to take conceptual training topics and apply them to any industry. He thinks fast on his feet, challenges people to think differently and helps clients get results. He is a lifelong student of sales and human behavior and skillfully applies that knowledge to enable clients to transform their beliefs and attain their ultimate success.
As President of Sandler Training in Denver, Brian advises, trains and coaches executives, salespeople and professionals in both large and small enterprises. He teaches them to develop stronger sales teams, create better hiring practices and lead their organizations more effectively.
With over 25 years of experience in leadership and sales, he “walks the walk” and helps clients believe in themselves, gain better personal insight and master the art and science of sales and sales management. He believes a salesperson is made, not born and that beliefs transform everything.
Prior to Sandler, Brian spent most of his career in sales and sales management in the information technology sector. He consistently produced results in the top 5% and he was a very effective hunter. Brian holds dual B.A. degrees in Finance and Psychology from Michigan State University. He paid for 100% of his college through various entrepreneurial endeavors.
“Sandler training is working and I barely have a moment to spare. I can’t even begin to describe the difference in my sales life. I have control, I have confidence, and I have a measurable system. I’ve set more appointments with fewer calls than ever before. I’ve lost almost all my cold call anxiety. Being able to pick up the phone, dial a prospect, and not be afraid or feel like I have to ask permission to do my job - that alone is worth its weight in gold. Sandler is the best buying decision I have ever made.”
