Brian McDevitt - President & CEO

Brian McDevitt has a passion for business, sales and helping others achieve new levels of success. He has the ability to take conceptual training topics and apply them to any industry. He thinks fast on his feet, challenges people to think differently and helps clients get results. He is a lifelong student of sales and human behavior and skillfully applies that knowledge to enable clients to transform their beliefs and attain their ultimate success.

Dan Levitt, Vice President, Sales

Dan Levitt has over 25 years of successful sales and sales management experience with enterprise software and technology organizations throughout North America. Dan was trained on Sandler early in his career and has enjoyed much success working with Fortune 500 companies. As a self-driven sales professional, Dan understands the importance and significant returns in training sales teams to achieve higher revenue success. He is passionate about helping his clients develop a sales system built on “Discovering vs. Convincing” to control the sales process eliminating suspects and focus attention on real prospects.

Dan is a native of Denver. He holds a BS degree in Finance from Colorado State University and an MBA from the University of Denver. An avid sports fan who loves to golf, travel and spend time with his family.

Julie McDevitt - VP Client Services

Julie McDevitt held her first sales position at Unisource Fine Papers, Inc. after completing her B.A.’s in Organizational Communications and Sociology from Central Michigan University. She was fortunate to be able to stay at home with her three sons and become a “Household Manager” for over 15 years. Julie went back into the work force as a Licensed Massage Therapist after graduating from Colorado School of Healing Arts in 2012. She is excited to be partnering with her husband Brian McDevitt in the Sandler Training venture in Denver. She is an avid tennis player, music enthusiast and sports spectator.

Gary Harvey

We are saddened to share the news of the passing of our founder, colleague and friend, Gary Harvey. Sadly, his fight ended on Monday, May 18th where he was surrounded by his wife, Barbara and son, Taylor.

Gary was diagnosed with Stage III prostate cancer in January of 2016 which progressed to Stage IV metastatic bone cancer in June of 2018. Gary’s fight was tough and challenging, but like everything else in his life he took that as a challenge to conquer it.

Gary was an award-winning sales coach, speaker, and author who helped many in the Denver business community succeed and grow sales. Throughout his life, Gary tackled every day with “Guts and Humor” and we hope that legacy lives on through each of you. He was grateful and valued everyone that was a part of our Achievement Dynamics family. He always had time for everyone and a story to share. He was resilient, motivated, had the highest integrity and had one of the biggest hearts.

We will miss Gary and our thoughts and prayers are with Barbara, and Taylor. Click here to watch a video that you might enjoy that captures some of the best of Gary.
