Brian McDevitt - President & CEO

Brian McDevitt has a passion for business, sales and helping others achieve new levels of success. He has the ability to take conceptual training topics and apply them to any industry. He thinks fast on his feet, challenges people to think differently and helps clients get results. He is a lifelong student of sales and human behavior and skillfully applies that knowledge to enable clients to transform their beliefs and attain their ultimate success.

Dan Levitt, Vice President

Dan Levitt has over 25 years of successful sales and sales management experience with enterprise software and technology organizations throughout North America. Dan was trained on Sandler early in his career and has enjoyed much success working with Fortune 500 companies. As a self-driven sales professional, Dan understands the importance and significant returns in training sales teams to achieve higher revenue success. He is passionate about helping his clients develop a sales system built on “Discovering vs. Convincing” to control the sales process eliminating suspects and focus attention on real prospects.

Dan is a native of Denver. He holds a BS degree in Finance from Colorado State University and an MBA from the University of Denver. An avid sports fan who loves to golf, travel and spend time with his family.

Kathleen Winsor-Games, Vice President

Kathleen Winsor-Games has a passion for helping business leaders maximize talent and improve sales and business performance. Through her work as a Sales Trainer, Executive Coach, and published author, Kathleen demonstrates the multiplying effect of integrating purpose and values with proven business strategies.

Don Hahn, Vice President

Don Hahn is a thought-provoking sales coach and trainer with over 30 years of chronicled success building and leading top-performing sales teams. Don provides incredible insights, as well as a proven ability to unlock the full potential of a sales enterprise, and all who work there. Don is passionate about creating efficient, frictionless sales enterprises that align people, processes and technology into a competitive advantage for his clients.


He holds a BS degree in Business from the University of Buffalo. When Don is not developing sales pros, you will find him golfing, gardening, or looking after his granddaughter.

Julie McDevitt - VP Client Services

Julie McDevitt held her first sales position at Unisource Fine Papers, Inc. after completing her B.A.’s in Organizational Communications and Sociology from Central Michigan University. She was fortunate to be able to stay at home with her three sons and become a “Household Manager” for over 15 years. Julie went back into the work force as a Licensed Massage Therapist after graduating from Colorado School of Healing Arts in 2012. She is excited to be partnering with her husband Brian McDevitt in the Sandler Training venture in Denver. She is an avid tennis player, music enthusiast and sports spectator.
